This organization’s goal is to end suicide among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning young people.
WHAT THEY DO
The nonprofit operates several programs to help prevent and respond to the public health crisis of suicide among LGBTQ young people, including 24/7 free crisis services, innovative research, advocacy, public education, and peer support.

- Advocate against anti-LGBTQ laws and work with policymakers to pass legislation to protect LGBTQ youth
- Connect LGBTQ peers through TrevorSpace, our safe space social networking site
- Conduct original research to capture the unique experiences of LGBTQ young people
PAVE THE OUAI
Founded in memory of Ali Forney, this non-profit helps protect homeless LGBTQ+ youth from the harms of homelessness & empowers them with tools they need to live independently.
WHAT THEY DO
A 24-hour program, The Ali Forney Center never closes its doors. They provide more than just a bed and food for those in need—from initial intake at our drop-in center to transitional housing and job readiness training, they provide homeless LGBTQ+ youth a safe, warm, supportive environment to escape the streets.
Here are some of the OUAIs your support helps:
- $25 provides one birthday celebration for a homeless young person
- $100 gives 45 meals for LGBTQ+ homeless youths
- $150 offers a LGBTQ+ youth shelter for one week
LOVE YOU JUST THE OUAI YOU ARE
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is working to build a better world, a world in which LGBT people can be healthy, equal, and complete members of society.
WHAT THEY DO
The Center's nearly 800 employees provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world, offering programs, services, and global advocacy that span four broad categories: Health, Social Services and Housing, Culture and Education, Leadership and Advocacy.

- $10 Provides a full day of meals for homeless youth
- $25 Gives access to a month’s worth of support groups for a senior
- $50 Offers a full day of services for one young person at our youth center
- $100 Supplies comprehensive HIV/STD testing & counseling for one client
WE’RE HAIR FOR YOU
This non-profit is on a mission to create more trans-friendly barbershops and hair salons.
WHAT THEY DO
By identifying personal care and styling businesses around the world willing to create and maintain safe spaces, providing resources for clients navigating their truth, and helping those often shunned for their gender expression, the organization enables and celebrates transformative change and the euphoria that comes with it.

- Helps provide detailed guidelines & resource materials to help make businesses more trans-affirming
