HOW TO USE

After cleansing, rinse hair with warm water.
Remove excess water from hair. 
Apply a quarter size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. 
Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb.
Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water.

  • HOW DO I APPLY IT?
    Get in the shower. After shampooing, squeeze hair to remove excess water. Start applying from the ends to the mid-shaft. Use a wide-tooth comb through hair. This will help apply some of the masque on the roots. After 5 minutes (or longer if you want) rinse with cool water.CAN I WEAR THE MASQUE OVERNIGHT?
    Absolutely! First, make sure hair does not have any product on it. Use a spray bottle to make your hair slightly damp. Apply from ends to mid-shaft. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute through hair. Let dry for about 5 minutes. Place hair in a bun, use a sleeping bonnet if you like. Rinse in the morning. Shampoo scalp. Conditioner is optional.

"I’ve always been a fan of Ouai products, but I was really disappointed with my recent order. I purchased a few items as a gift, and several arrived dirty and in no condition to be gifted. There is never a secure packaging or safety seals—everything could be opened easily, which is really concerning for hygiene. I was especially let down by the new deodorant order in Sephora. It didn’t come with a cap or any seal, and after just one day of use, the roller stopped working. Now the product just stays open and won’t dispense properly. I really love the brand and I have all their products and always influence all my friends and usually have great experiences, but this order felt really careless. I hope Ouai takes this feedback seriously and improves their packaging and quality control."
