Why is it in a pink can?
We chose a rose gold can because we like to say this is the sister product to our Rose Hair & Body Oil.
How is it different than Rose Hair & Body Oil?
Rose Hair & Body Oil is best for restoring moisture to really dry hair and skin as well as taming frizz/flyaways. A little goes a long way and you can pump out as much as you want. Hair & Body Shine Mist is super lightweight and provides a micromist of shine that is easily buildable without becoming too heavy.
How is it similar to Rose Hair & Body Oil?
Both products deliver healthy shine to hair and body, and both are fragranced with Melrose Place, our signature rose scent.
How much should I use?
It's best to start off light and build from there based on the desired amount of shine. You can spray directly onto your hair/body or onto hands and rub into hair/skin with fingers.
What type of hair is it best to use on?
It can be used on all hair types but it's especially great for fine hair because it adds shine without weighing it down.
What's the best way to use it on hair?
Spray directly onto your hands or onto a brush and comb through hair for direct application or to smooth down frizz and flyaways.
What's the best way to use it on body?
Use our Scalp & Body Scrub to cleanse, exfoliate, and soften skin prior to applying Hair & Body Shine Mist for a healthy shine and glow.
Can I use it on my face?
Avoid spraying onto face and stick to Hair & Body.
Can this be used as a heat protectant?
No. It's best used on dry hair as a finishing mist. For heat protection use Memory Mist, our high octane heat protecter and style extender.
